EC Wood Selections was established in 1999 in Uitenhage, an industrial town some 35km from Port Elizabeth. It falls within the Nelson Mandela Metropole and is in close proximity to the Coega IDZ.
Their primary business is the recycling of wood and the manufacture of pallets, crates and furniture. The company prides itself in that approximately 99% of all waste is recycled. EC Wood Selections believes in job creation and currently has 160 employees and has attained a level 2 BEE rating.
